Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using:
• REST / SOAP APIs
• Scripted REST APIs
• MID Server integrations
• Integration Hub / Spokes
• Design scalable and reusable integration architecture and data flows
• Create field mappings, transformation logic, and error-handling mechanisms
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (primarily ITSM / HRSD / ITOM as applicable)
• Develop:
• Business Rules
• Client Scripts
• UI Policies / Actions
• Flow Designer workflows
• Build Service Catalog items and automate workflows for business processes
• Build automated workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub
• Enable seamless data exchange across enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.)
• Create reusable APIs and integration services for platform scalability
