The Salesforce Senior Scrum Master will be responsible for leading Agile delivery across one or more Salesforce product teams supporting digital transformation programmes. The role will drive Agile best practices, foster high-performing cross-functional teams, remove delivery impediments, and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Data Cloud and related integrations.
The individual will serve as a servant leader, coach, and Agile champion, working closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Engineering Teams, DevOps teams, and stakeholders to maximize business value delivery while maintaining compliance, governance, and quality standards expected within a government environment.
Delivery Excellence- Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives through Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Improve sprint predictability, release planning, and deployment success rates.
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery teams.
- Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.
- Promote Agile maturity and scaling practices across multiple workstreams.
- Act as the primary Agile delivery interface between stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Facilitate transparency through effective reporting and governance.

- Track and improve velocity, throughput, quality, and flow efficiency metrics.

- Establish and maintain Agile delivery governance across multiple Salesforce teams.
- Coach Scrum teams on self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Ensure Scrum principles are consistently practiced.

- Monitor sprint progress and delivery milestones.

- Metrics & Reporting
- Track and report Sprint Velocity, Burndown/Burnup, Predictability Metrics, Defect Trends, Release Readiness, Team Capacity Utilisation.
- Produce governance artefacts and management reports.
- Ensure visibility of programme health through dashboards.
- Continuous Improvement
- Facilitate retrospectives and improvement initiatives.
