A highly experienced Performance Test Lead to drive the non-functional testing strategy and execution for the SSE Keystone transformation program.
The role involves leading performance engineering initiatives to ensure scalability, stability, and reliability of billing systems and integrations during dual run operations and peak cycles.
Your responsibilities:

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
12+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering
Experience as Performance Test Lead in large transformation programs
Utilities, billing, or CIS experience preferred
Proven experience in managing teams and stakeholder engagement
Expertise in JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad
Experience in performance monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics
Strong knowledge of workload modelling and system architecture
Experience with CI/CD integration and DevOps pipelines
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to work in multi-vendor environment
Proactive risk management and decision-making
