We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Python Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications across the technology landscape. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Python, Flask, MongoDB, Shell Scripting, and Linux environments, combined with front-end development experience to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications supporting critical business functions.

The successful candidate will collaborate with global technology teams, business stakeholders, and infrastructure partners to deliver innovative solutions that support strategic initiatives across Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Enterprise Technology.

Your responsibilities

  • Backend Development
    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and microservices using Python and Flask.
    • Develop RESTful APIs and service integrations supporting enterprise platforms.
    • Build reusable libraries, utilities, and backend frameworks.
    • Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and resiliency.
  • Front-End Development
    • Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
    • Integrate front-end components with Python-based backend services.
    • Optimize user experience and application performance.
  • Database Management
    • Design and optimize MongoDB database schemas and collections.
    • Develop efficient queries, indexes, and aggregation pipelines.
    • Ensure data integrity, security, and performance.
  • Linux & Automation
    • Develop Shell/Bash scripts for operational automation and monitoring.
    • Support deployment, troubleshooting, and application performance tuning within Linux environments.
    • Perform root cause analysis and production issue resolution.
  • DevOps & SDLC
    • Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation.
    • Contribute to code reviews, testing strategies, and technical documentation.
    • Follow Agile development methodologies and DevSecOps best practices.
  • Collaboration & Leadership
    • Work closely with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and infrastructure teams.
    • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design discussions.
    • Drive continuous improvement and engineering excellence initiatives.
