The Role
10+ years of experience in managing complex technical projects, ideally cybersecurity or encryption-focused environment
Your responsibilities:
Strong understanding of encryption technologies, key management, secret management and secure communication protocols
Proven track record in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum or hybrid approaches)
Experience in working in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and project tracking dashboards
Exceptional communication skills - able to translate technical details in to clear, actionable plans for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
