Your responsibilities:

β€’ Design and deliver targeted training, awareness, and capability-building programmes for both technical and non-technical audiences.

β€’ Manage business readiness, go-live support, transition planning, and post-implementation adoption activities.

β€’ Measure and report on adoption outcomes, change readiness, risk reduction, compliance objectives, and business benefits realisation.

β€’ Support the embedding of Secure by Design and Zero Trust principles within project delivery, operational processes, and technology lifecycle management.

β€’ Facilitate collaboration between cyber security, IT, OT, and business functions to ensure security controls are adopted effectively and sustainably.
