The Role
The Identity Resource will be responsible for supporting the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of identity and privileged access management services across the enterprise.
The role will contribute to privileged account governance, identity lifecycle management, access controls, authentication technologies, and identity threat protection initiatives.
Working closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams, the individual will help ensure secure, compliant, and efficient management of identities, privileged access, and authentication services while supporting the organization's Zero Trust and identity security objectives.
Your responsibilities
- Administer and support Beyond Trust Privileged Access Management solutions, including Password Safe, PRA, and Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM).
- Manage privileged account lifecycle processes, including onboarding, maintenance, certification, and decommissioning.
- Support Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory identity management activities across enterprise environments.
- Implement and govern Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Just-In-Time (JIT) access controls.
- Identify, onboard, and manage service accounts in accordance with security and compliance requirements.
- Support credential vaulting, secrets management, and privileged access governance initiatives.
- Contribute to Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes, including access reviews and entitlement management.
- Configure and support identity federation technologies, including SAML, OAuth, Open ID Connect (OIDC), and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
- Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and least-privilege access models across enterprise platforms.
- Support identity threat detection, incident response, monitoring, and automation activities through IAM and PAM integrations.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience
- Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), or cybersecurity operations.
- Hands-on experience with Beyond Trust PAM solutions, including Password Safe, PRA, and EPM.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory administration.
- Experience implementing Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Just-In-Time (JIT) access controls.
- Understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and entitlement management processes.
- Knowledge of authentication and federation technologies, including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Experience with secrets management, credential vaulting, and service account governance.
- Understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), least-privilege principles, and Zero Trust security concepts.
- Experience in identity security monitoring, identity threat detection, and incident response practices.
- Proficiency in Power Shell scripting and automation for IAM/PAM administration and integration activities.

- Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms such as Sail Point, Saviynt, Microsoft Identity Governance, or similar solutions.
- Exposure to Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) capabilities and identity analytics platforms.
- Experience integrating IAM/PAM solutions with cloud platforms, business applications, and security monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of Azure security services and hybrid identity architectures.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, access certification, and compliance requirements.
