The Role
-------> The ACSM Consultant supports the execution of change management and adoption strategies. The consultant works closely with the ACSM Architect and customer stakeholders to implement enablement plans, facilitate training, and make sure users are equipped and motivated to adopt new technologies. This is a hands-on role that drives cultural transformation and operational readiness.
Your responsibilities:
• Facilitate training sessions and office hours for Copilot and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Support persona-based scenario development and rollout.
• Execute communication and engagement plans.
• Track adoption metrics and gather user feedback.
• Coach change agents and champions within the customer organization.
• Contribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
• Adoption & Change Management (ACM) and change management delivery
• PROSCI methodology (certification strongly preferred)
• Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Culture change for AI and Copilot
• Developing a high-level digital transformation roadmap
• Target operating model adoption and communities (champions networks)
• Risk management
• Solution demonstration
