Role: Lead AI Engineer

The Role
As a Lead AI/ML Engineer, you will work with Gemini, Azure OpenAI, Cloud Vision or similar platforms. Proficiency in Python (with optional experience in R or Java). Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms and statistical modelling. Proven experience delivering end-to-end AI/ML projects. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Strong collaboration experience within multi-disciplinary teams.
Desirable Skills / Knowledge / Experience: Familiarity with LangChain and RAG systems. Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure). Knowledge of prompt-engineering methods. Exposure to multi-agent orchestration frameworks. Understanding of ethical and Responsible AI practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI workflows and high-performing ML models.
- Build solutions using LangChain for agent-based and RAG-driven architectures.
- Optimize and scale AI/ML models for reliability and efficiency.
- Apply prompt-engineering techniques to improve LLM outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay current with AI/ML trends, tooling and best practices.
Your Profile
- Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience with Vertex.
