Our client are looking for an Assistant Technical Coordinator to work within their team in Swindon. Ideally, you will be from the housebuilding or construction industry. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary and fantastic benefits package.

You will play a key role in supporting our pre-development and technical teams. You'll ensure project information, drawings and documentation are accurately managed, well organised and easily accessible, delivering a consistent and timely service under the guidance of the Development Manager.
