The Role

You will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring effective cost control and successful project delivery throughout all stages of construction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing variations and change control
  • Supporting project delivery teams on commercial matters
  • Final accounts and financial reconciliation

About You

We are seeking a commercially astute and proactive Quantity Surveyor with:

  • Strong Quantity Surveying experience within construction
  • Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing CVRs, valuations, cost reporting, subcontract packages, and variations
  • A hands-on and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience within residential or high-specification projects is highly desirable

Location

Based near Oxford, with regular site visits required across active projects.
