TCS Contracts are recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisors to join a professional maintenance and engineering team in Rugby. We are currently offering both Permanent and Temporary/Contract opportunities, making this an excellent opportunity for experienced Electrical Supervisors with a strong background in PPM, reactive maintenance and site-based electrical engineering. The Role As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical maintenance activities across the site, ensuring planned and reactive works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will play a key role in managing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules, responding to reactive maintenance requirements and supporting the wider engineering team to maintain reliable site operations. The role will include: * Supervising and coordinating electrical maintenance activities. * Managing and overseeing PPM schedules to ensure planned works are completed on time. * Responding to and coordinating reactive maintenance and breakdown works. * Leading and supporting maintenance engineers and contractors. * Ensuring electrical systems and equipment are maintained to the required standards. * Carrying out fault finding, inspections and maintenance activities where required. * Ensuring all works comply with relevant health
