We are currently seeking an experienced Working Foreman for a farmhouse alterations and refurbishment project near Bromham on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong trade background in either Carpentry or Bricklaying, who is capable of overseeing site operations while remaining actively involved on the tools when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Working Foreman
- Strong background in Carpentry or Bricklaying
- Valid SMSTS
- Valid Forklift Ticket (CPCS or NPORS)
- Ability to manage trades, maintain site standards and ensure works are completed safely and efficiently
Package:
- Temp to Perm Option: £28.00 per hour
- Permanent Package: Salary: £42,000–£43,000 per annum
