From procurement and compliance to client interaction and documentation, you’ll gain a well-rounded skill set and learn what it takes to manage contracts independently. Key Responsibilities * Contract Support: Assist in coordinating the delivery of maintenance, façade access, and safety system contracts across client sites * Procurement & Supplier Liaison: Help manage supplier relationships, source materials, and track assets * Compliance & HSE: Support compliance with internal standards and health & safety policies, including working at height and rope access * Project Planning: Assist with planning and scheduling works, helping ensure delivery is on time and within budget * Client Support: Contribute to client relationships and look for opportunities to add value * Documentation & CRM: Maintain records using CRM tools and help prepare project documentation and reports * Team Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors and support internal initiatives around wellbeing and recruitment What We’re Looking For Essential: * Some experience in project delivery, operations, or coordination — ideally in construction, FM, or building maintenance * Good organisational and planning skills * Confident communicator with internal teams and clients * Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel Desirable: * Exposure to building maintenance, roofing, façades, or safety/access systems * Awareness of health & safety practices (e.g. IOSH/NEBOSH) * Experience working at height or with access systems is a plus Looking to build a career in contract management?
