TCS Consulting is supporting a globally respected engineering and measurement technology business in the search for a Technical Sales Representative to cover the Midlands territory. This is a field-based sales role focused on managing established customer accounts, developing new business opportunities and providing technical support to customers across engineering, manufacturing and industrial environments. The role would suit a driven sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to understand technical customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Visit existing and prospective customers to identify needs and promote technical products and services
- Manage and develop customer accounts across the Midlands territory
- Generate and qualify sales leads, working with specialists where required
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers and close sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports and CRM activity
- Support exhibitions, product demonstrations and marketing events when required
Requirements:
