Role Responsibilities:
- Performing site inspections and support visits.
- Drafting detailed, professional reports.
- Offering technical and HSE support to site management teams.
- Conducting focused monthly checks and attending monthly meetings.
- Assisting the Client Regional HSE Advisor.
- Resolving practical problems on-site.
- Probing incidents and accidents.
- Executing external PC/client inspections.
- Providing in-house training for operatives and management teams.
Qualifications, Experience, and Training:
- UK-based construction/house-building experience.
- NEBOSH General/Construction Certificate.
- Five years’ experience in a similar role (desirable).
- Excellent IT skills.
- UK driving licence.
Personal Attributes:
- A dedicated focus on improving Health & Safety practices on-site.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective communication with both workforce and management.
- The capability to quickly produce detailed, informative reports.
- Strong skills in time management and diary organisation.
