Supporting PQQ process and providing technical answers to bid management team. Producing temporary works design briefs Creating Outline Method Statements Managing sub-contractor quotation teams to deliver best possible deliverable programmes and prices. Specific responsibilities: Responsible for assisting the preconstruction lead working alongside preconstruction managers and estimators to ensure tenders are fully technically considered and can be successfully delivered by site teams. Managing producing and giving tender interview presentations Leading site walks to better understand and develop tender strategies.
