The opportunity Join our team as a Facilities & Compliance Contract Support Coordinator, supporting TCR UK's facilities, statutory compliance, supplier performance, and sustainability reporting across multiple UK sites. Reporting to the Procurement & Contract Manager, you will help ensure our sites operate safely, efficiently, and in line with legal and contractual standards. This role is coordination-focused and requires strong organisation, communication, and stakeholder skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilities Management
- Act as the central contact for facilities queries.
- Conduct site checks and coordinate planned/reactive maintenance.
- Liaise with contractors and ensure RAMS, permits and competencies are in place.
- Maintain FM documentation and support signage and office branding needs.
- Compliance Management
- Update statutory compliance trackers and coordinate inspections (FRA, EICR, HVAC, water hygiene, etc.).
- Maintain ISO-aligned documentation and ensure audit readiness.
- Support contractor H&S compliance requirements.
- Carbon & Sustainability Reporting
- Collate data for carbon reporting (utilities, waste, travel, fuel).
- Support sustainability initiatives and annual carbon audits.
- Supplier Performance & Procurement
- Coordinate supplier reviews and track KPIs.
- Raise/manage purchase orders and support procurement (RFQs, tender collation, spend tracking).
- Maintain supplier files and contract documentation.
- Record Management & Admin Support
- Maintain digital filing systems (leases, LTAs, service charges, statutory records).
- Produce reports for compliance, sustainability, KPIs, and spend.
- Support communications and occasional travel/fleet bookings.
- Health & Safety
- Follow all company QHSE policies and ISO frameworks.
- Report hazards, incidents, and participate in investigations.
- Use PPE correctly and support continuous safety improvement.
What We Are Looking For
- Skills, Experience & Behaviours
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of FM/H&S statutory compliance and contractor management.
- Experience with reporting (ideally sustainability or carbon).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with systems such as SAP or Basware desirable.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Facilities, Compliance, Procurement or Contract Support.
- Desirable: ISO systems experience, carbon reporting knowledge, aviation/GSE/FM experience.
