The Opportunity

We are looking for a Finance and Accounting Analyst to join our Group Finance team, supporting Envol Investments Limited, the UK based holding and treasury entity of TCR Group. As the group continues to grow internationally and expand its financing activities, this role plays an important part in ensuring robust accounting, compliance, and reliable financial insight at HQ level. You will take ownership of the accounting for the UK holding and treasury entity, while gaining exposure to wider group finance topics such as management reporting, projects, and treasury related work. This is a hands-on role within a lean, international environment, offering the opportunity to grow alongside the organisation as complexity increases. You will report to the Group Accounting & Consolidation Controller at our HQ near Brussels.

What you will be doing:

  • Own the month end close for the UK holding and treasury entity, including journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Process and review a limited volume of invoices, journals, payments, and payroll runs.
  • Prepare monthly management reporting with variance analysis and clear commentary.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis as your scope develops.
  • Coordinate audits, VAT support (multi territory), and regulatory filings, working with external advisers.
  • Contribute to process improvements and finance or treasury related projects.
  • Work closely with Group Treasury, Group Tax, auditors, and international finance teams.

What success looks like:

  • A reliable, well controlled month end with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear, practical management reporting that supports decision making.
  • Increasing contribution to finance projects, process improvements, and treasury related initiatives.

We are looking for an individual who:

  • Has 3-5 years' accounting experience (practice or industry).
  • Has solid accounting fundamentals and comfort with month end processes.
  • Has experience with balance sheet reconciliations and working with auditors and advisers.
  • Is curious, hands on, and motivated to grow beyond pure accounting.
  • Is comfortable in a lean, international, PE backed group environment.
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
