Fleet Support Controller Heathrow Area Customer Service / Customer Service Coordinator We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Fleet Support / Service Controller to join our Heathrow-based team. This is a fast-paced call centre role, providing high-quality telephone and operational support to GSE customers, ensuring fleet availability, SLA compliance, and incident resolution. πΉ Key Responsibilities: * Monitor fleet performance and coordinate SLA recovery plans * Handle breakdowns, defects, incidents, complaints, and status updates * Liaise with customers, internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors * Maintain records of work, costs, and equipment status in SAP * Allocate jobs to technicians and manage job completion * Support safety incident reporting and investigations * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and procedures πΉ Candidate Requirements: * Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in vehicle maintenance or fleet operations * Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills * Ability to work independently, especially during night shifts * Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets * Knowledge of health & safety regulations and ISO standards * Proficient in Microsoft Office and workshop systems π Shift Pattern: * 4 days on days, 06:00β18:00 * 4 days off * 4 days on nights, 18:00β06:00 * Note: Night shift is a standalone call centre role.
