The Role
As digital marketing executive you will be crucial in driving new customers and converting them to purchase from one of our brands. You will spend your day to day building and planning campaigns as part of a dynamic digital marketing team. We are happy to consider candidates with limited experience for this role as full training will be given however, you must be able to show marketing, creative and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Build and deploy daily/weekly email campaigns in line with the promotional calendar.
- Copywriting: Draft compelling, on-brand copy for subject lines, preview text, and email bodies.
- CRM & Segmentation: Assist in managing the customer database, ensuring we are sending the right message to the right person at the right time.
- A/B Testing: Constantly experiment with subject lines, layout, and CTA placement to squeeze every bit of performance out of our sends.
- Reporting: Track and report on key metrics (Open Rates, CTR, ROI), providing insights on what worked and what didn’t.
- Cross-Channel Support: Assist the wider team with basic SEO, PPC, or Social Media tasks to maintain a holistic view of the customer journey.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 1-2 years experience in a marketing or e-commerce based role.
- Copywriting skills with a creative eye for good email design.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
Desirable:
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar.
- Knowledge of CRM systems such as Workbooks, Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (for tweaking email templates).
- A passion for the décor/lifestyle/e-commerce space.
