We have an exciting opportunity to lead the continual development of a corporate change portfolio and ensure successful delivery of projects and change initiatives in line with overall company objectives and revenue targets. This role covers both the overall scope, prioritisation and assessment of new opportunities, as well as delivery of live projects and management of associated risk. This role will directly manage and build a team of delivering Project Managers and Business Analysts, as well as building change capability in the wider business.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Corporate Aggregate Change Plan and portfolio of change projects, ensuring its continued alignment to the corporate objectives.
- Have overall accountability for successful delivery of the change projects and realisation of the benefits, working in partnership with SMT and project sponsors.
- Ensure projects are effectively managed, with controls in place to manage issues, risks and dependencies.
- Resolve cross-project challenges and have overall control of resource planning and budgets.
- Develop, champion and lead the consistent implementation of change methodology, ensuring it is fit for purpose and that all change projects adhere to its core principles.
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years experience in Project / Programme Management and/or led Portfolios of change delivery of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong social housing background or similar sector (real estate and property development) experience.
- Experience leading internal change teams and resources to ensure delivery of outcomes and strategic objectives.
- Experience supporting the build of an organisation's change maturity and associated processes.
