Exciting new position for a fast growing personal lines Insurance company. This role will join an existing, high performing team of Machine Learning experts and be responsible for the productionisation of Machine Learning Models within Pricing. This role will take on Senior responsibilities such as mentoring, leading projects and deputising. Candidates do not need previous management/leadership/senior experience.
A few key areas of focus on the role:
- Strong Machine Learning experience (not Data Science). Could be from a Data Engineering background.
- LLM Model deployment
- CI/CD
- Pricing
- Must have strong experience in Data Bricks, ideally Azure. However, happy to also look at AWS should the individual have the drive and experience to transfer knowledge.
- Strong Modelling experience
- Must have Model Productionisation experience
- Have prior pricing knowledge or have delivered ML techniques to existing pricing models.
- Financial Services or Insurance experience would be preferable but not limited to.
- Full Tech Stack - Databricks, PySpark, Microsoft Azure, Azure ML, Azure Stream Analytics, Cognitive Services, Event Hubs, Synapse, Data Factory.
This is a fantastic role for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer or Pricing Optimisation Manager with a passion for innovation, optimisation and model productionisation.
