Project Manager - Payments

FTC – Project Manager – Payments Implementation – Stripe

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with extensive knowledge of Payments Platform Implementations. This role will sit within a company wide, multi-portfolio transformation programme impacting customer journey\’s, digitalisation, CX, telephone, platforms and growth.

This Project Manager with work alongside teams across Digital, Product, Finance and IT to oversee delivery of a new Payments platform that will enable improved Customer Experience and drive efficiencies.

The Project Manager will ensure the successful deployment and adoption of new payments infrastructure. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep expertise in insurance markets, and extensive experience in payments platform delivery, with a specific focus on Stripe implementation.

Skills Required

• Extensive Project Management experience
• Must have prior experience of Implementing payments platforms
• Knowledge and experience of Stripe
• Work with trading and finance teams to define payments requirements, including payment methods, fraud prevention, reconciliation, and reporting
• Provide regular project updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior stakeholders

This role can be based remotely with odd days in the office for key events. 1-2 times per month.
