Product Performance Lead – Home Insurance
My client, a fast growing Personal Lines Insurance company have recently launched their innovative Home Insurance product. We're looking for an individual to sit within the Commercial & Marketing function and lead a team that drives Home Insurance Product Performance.
This role will be central to P&L, Customer Acquisition and Renewal results and drive a collaborative approach across various teams including Marketing, Customer, Pricing, Change and Product. This role will hold both strategic and commercial responsibilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Take the lead role on all Persistency KPIs for Home, working closely with the business and the Persistency Performance Manager to understand performance and exploit risks and opportunities.
- Be able to clearly articulate the key drivers of renewal performance and disseminate this to the business in particular senior stakeholders.
- Understand the broader customer persistency strategy and how it pertains to Home and Motor.
- Lead tactical commercial initiatives for Home across functional teams, including the Home “ring fenced team” to deliver new capability or improvements in persistency performance.
Skills and Experience Required
- Strong knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance (Home, Motor, Travel, Pet) – doesn't have to be home
- Experience working within a team that drives performance across Customer Acquisition and Renewals
- Experience collaborating with various teams that drive P&L and improved customer experience
- Passion for commercial results, creativity, collaboration, understanding the customer and using customer and market data to make decisions
