We have an exciting opportunity working for one of the most exciting Social Housing organisations in the North West. The position will lead from concept through to design, development, implementation and benefits realisation. The role will form part of a high performing Portfolio Change team, owning the delivery of key business change initiatives that will drive efficiency, service and customer improvement.

The role will lead projects from concept through to design, development, implementation and benefits realisation, ensuring that:

  • Projects are clearly scoped and designed before delivery
  • Impacts on customers, colleagues, systems and data are fully assessed
  • Documentation to effectively manage projects is completed and up to date
  • The business is ready and supported to receive change
  • Agreed benefits are realised and sustained

This role will be an important role holder within the organisation, working closely with colleagues from across the Digital team, Data & Insight team and wider Corporate Services and Operational teams.

Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years experience in Project Management of change delivery initiatives including customer change, service improvement and/or continuous improvement initiatives
  • This role is not a technical / IT PM. Applicants need to have demonstrable Business Change experience.
  • Strong social housing background or relevant sector (council, higher education, real estate or property development for example) experience
  • Experience leading internal operational functions and resources to ensure delivery of outcomes and strategic objectives.
  • Experience facing into Technical teams when / where needed.
  • Demonstrable experience in post-implementation reviews to understand if the project fully resolved the problem and realised benefits, taking away lessons learned.
