We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst to join the early stages of a 3 year transformation programme with one of the most exciting Housing organisations in the North West. This Business Analyst role will join a small but highly performing team of BA's, PM's and PMO resources, focused on the delivery of key business and process change projects reaching company wide. The Business Analyst will also have the opportunity to lead small Projects and gain skills across Project Management.
Responsibilities:
- Work with business experts to understand the current ways of working, listening to how they express the challenges and work together to identify the root cause of issues.
- Challenge the current state and design innovative, end to end processes, which build on the experience and capabilities of colleagues and exploit the full potential of the digital solutions.
- Work with the People team to input into the design of organisational changes to meet the needs of the new ways of working and deliver operational efficiencies.
We're ideally looking for someone with:
- Experience in business analysis, process mapping and design.
- Experience in Project Management (desirable), or an interest to develop these skills.
- Organised and methodical with attention to detail.
- Experience supporting the transition from project delivery into business-as-usual, including the development of procedure guides, communications and training materials.
This role will play a key part in a new, high priority change team, sponsored by an Executive board member. The team will get the chance to impact the everyday lives of the colleagues and customers. This Housing organisation are a really exciting employer and offer a clear path of career progression and salary increases. The company offer Hybrid working as standard, but in this role the individual must be open to spending 1-2 days per week on site at the offices in Knowsley, with the other days working from home.
