We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with extensive knowledge of working across Data Projects. The role is responsible for the successful analysis and capture of data specific requirements that will form technical design and build work packages for agile data delivery product teams. This role is not a Data Analyst. It is a Business Analyst with experience of working across Data Projects. The role is a fantastic opportunity to support delivering exciting and sector leading data projects. You’ll be involved with… Conduct thorough data business analysis, including challenging perceptions and embedded thinking, to ensure that data requirements move the business forward and achieve valuable outcomes. You’ll facilitate workshops and deliver presentations to capture requirements and generate feedback. You’ll act as an internal consultant, interpreting user requests and where appropriate, making suggestions for better/alternative ways of obtaining and presenting the required information. You’ll be responsible for developing clear, robust, and accurate data specific user stories and requirements. Experience Required 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst – NOT Data Analysis 2+ years experience working across Data Projects that may include data visualisation, data engineering, Data Pipelines, Data tech and data governance. Experience of analytics platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qliksense etc. Experience in creating data user stories as part of agile delivery methods. Insurance experience is ideal but not a must. Please note: The role is a permanent role and candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
