TCM Capital is looking for ambitious and driven graduates to join our sales team and play a key role in expanding our presence across the UK market. As a fast-growing funding partner for UK businesses, we help our clients access government grants and tax reliefs to support their growth. You will be working with cutting-edge companies in engineering, science, and technology, engaging with senior decision-makers to learn about their innovative projects, introduce our services, and set up meetings with our consulting team.

This is an entry-level 12-18 month graduate role designed to develop you into a fully-fledged Business Development Manager, equipped to manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Identifying and reaching out to businesses that could benefit from TCM Capital's services
  • Engaging with business leaders via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Attending networking events, expos, and other in-person opportunities to grow your connections
  • Collaborating with the team to identify new business opportunities and shape targeted campaigns
  • Qualifying leads and proactively following up with potential clients
  • Closing deals and onboarding new clients

What We're Looking For:

  • Some experience in sales (ideally B2B) or another client-facing role
  • A 2:1 or higher in a BSc or BA degree
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude with a hunger to succeed
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a positive mindset
  • Experience working towards targets
  • (Bonus) A background in competitive team sports

  • Lucrative commission structure – OTE of £40,000 in your first year, £60,000+ in year two, and £100,000+ as a Business Development Manager
