TClarke is looking for an HR Administrator/Coordinator (dependant on experience) to join our HR Department at our Eurocentral office. The position requires a candidate with strong administrative experience and excellent attention to detail. You’ll play a key part in keeping the department running smoothly, while managing a varied and fast-paced workload. An HR qualification is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and updating HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Managing day-to-day HR administration processes.
  • Supporting meetings including grievances, disciplinary hearings and performance reviews.
  • Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Ensuring training and development needs are identified and kept up to date.
  • Managing multiple mailboxes, responding to queries and providing support to colleagues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a busy office environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proactive approach with ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • A CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
