TClarke is looking for an HR Administrator/Coordinator (dependant on experience) to join our HR Department at our Eurocentral office. The position requires a candidate with strong administrative experience and excellent attention to detail. You’ll play a key part in keeping the department running smoothly, while managing a varied and fast-paced workload. An HR qualification is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Managing day-to-day HR administration processes.
- Supporting meetings including grievances, disciplinary hearings and performance reviews.
- Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
- Ensuring training and development needs are identified and kept up to date.
- Managing multiple mailboxes, responding to queries and providing support to colleagues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a busy office environment.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
