We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager with a strong technical background to oversee and deliver large-scale projects within our Data Links vertical. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work cross-functionally to complete projects, handle complex situations in international settings, and possess strong communication and organizational skills to manage product deliveries, systems integration, field installations, customer training, and technical support activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of one major project and other smaller projects, from planning through handover.
- Maintain schedules, project estimates, resource plans, budget tracking, monthly and quarterly status reports, and conduct project meetings, customer reviews, and management reviews.
- Lead risk management and mitigation strategies across geographies, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope, monitoring staff progress, ensuring compliance with timelines and budget, and guaranteeing timely delivery of milestones.
- Manage all on-site activities, including site preparation, arrangements for and inspection of incoming shipments, installation and commissioning of hardware and software, and performance of Factory and Site Acceptance Tests.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and commercial functions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders during execution (manufacturing, installation, and post-sale support periods).
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory standards, and company policies.
- Support sales and marketing activities in project and program management roles during proposal preparation.
- Support contract negotiation, amendments, and project close-out activities.
Required Experience
- Minimum six years of technical experience.
- Minimum six years of project management experience with a proven record of managing large and complex projects.
- Familiarity with RF technologies, ISR systems, or tactical communications is highly desirable.
- Prior experience working internationally or with global teams, especially across the UK and Southeast Asia.
