TCi Construction WORKS is a commercial new-build, fit-out, and refurbishment contractor operating across the South of England, with extensive experience in specialist industrial environments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines.
  • Coordinate daily project activities, including site logistics and subcontractor communication.
  • Track progress to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and drawings.
  • Maintain accurate records of site reports, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing progress reports and project status summaries.
  • Serve as a point of contact between project management, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Organise and participate in project meetings and distribute agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Support with health & safety documentation, inductions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist with quality assurance processes and document control systems.
  • Coordinate site access, deliveries, and scheduling of inspections.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience

  • Proven experience in a project coordination or administrative role (construction industry preferred).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and construction-related software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Professional, confident, and capable of managing stakeholder expectations.
