TCHC Group is seeking a Performance Coach to support the Restart Programme, helping participants who have been out of work for six months and over to overcome barriers to employment and secure sustainable work.
You will work with Employment Coaches, report to the Performance Manager and Head of Restart, and drive performance, analysing data and delivering targeted interventions to improve outcomes and progression into employment.
