Are you passionate about shaping and inspiring the construction workforce of tomorrow? We’re looking for a creative, dedicated, and enthusiastic Construction Multi Skills Vocational Trainer to join our vibrant team in Peterborough. This role will be suitable for anyone with a multi-trade background in Plastering, Joinery, painting and decorating, and/or Bricklaying, or a general all-rounder with prior experience in teaching a multi-skills course.

Qualifications
  • Industry recognised qualification in Construction, Multi Skills
  • Post 16 teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve within an agreed timeframe)
  • English and Maths qualifications at Level 2 or above (or willingness to gain them)
  • Proven track record of professional or vocational expertise in the Construction sector
  • Experience in FE teaching and training is desirable
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills
