TCHC Group is seeking a proactive Work Experience & IAG Officer to coordinate end-to-end work experience placements for 16-19 year old learners and 16-25 with high needs. You will liaise with employers, centres and learners, ensuring compliance, tracking progress and delivering valuable outcomes.
You will travel to different counties, support centres, conduct DBS checks, and work to safeguarding standards while building effective partnerships and delivering IAG sessions.
