Role Description
We are seeking a part-time Cleaning Supervisor to join our team, with the requirement of driving between locations. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supervising cleaning staff
- Ensuring cleaning tasks meet company standards
- Covering last minute cancellations
- Training new members of staff
- Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
You will support the team in delivering high-quality cleaning services across various commercial and client spaces. This is a remote position, but regular travel to assigned sites will be required.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to oversee and manage cleaning staff effectively
- Experience in Commercial Cleaning and an understanding of industry standards
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to liaise with both clients and team members
- Knowledge of Health & Safety standards and practices in cleaning environments
- Flexibility to work part-time and independently, with the ability to travel between locations
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Experience within a professional cleaning or supervisory role is an advantage
