About The Role
Area Manager
We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of sites within our organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, managing operations, and building strong customer relationships.
You will be required to coverareas such as Grantham Luton, M25, Kent and East Sussex
As an Area Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for day‑to‑day service delivery across your area. You’ll support on‑site teams, ensure high standards, and act as the key link between our colleagues and our customers.
If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy travelling between sites, and have a passion for motivating teams, this role could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing

Conducting structured site visits to ensure service standards are consistently met

Building strong customer relationships through open communication and regular engagement

Coaching and supporting on‑site teams to deliver excellent service

Managing rotas, reviewing hours, and maintaining budget control

Leading recruitment, onboarding, and training across your area

Reviewing audits, identifying improvements, and taking action

Ensuring colleagues have the tools, equipment, and resources needed to succeed

Maintaining compliance with company processes, policies, and standards
-
40 hours, 5 out of 7 flexible. May include weekends.
