TC Facilities Management is seeking a Working Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team at a busy motorway service station in Exeter. This maternity-cover role is hands-on, supervising five cleaners and ensuring high standards of hygiene across customer areas.
You'll work with the Area Manager to plan daily tasks, provide on-the-job training, and be the first point of contact for cleaning issues. Shifts run 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00, with some flexibility as required.
