Who we are:
TCC Services is a modern commercial cleaning and FM company working with schools, colleges, healthcare providers and property managers across the UK. We use AI, data, robotics and smart devices to run cleaner, safer, more efficient buildings in a sector that hadn't changed much in a hundred years.
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to strengthen our commercial team and secure multi-site contracts with estates directors, COOs and heads of property. You'll take ownership of the full business development cycle from targeted prospecting and stakeholder engagement through to bid leadership and contract award, working alongside experienced operational leaders to ensure what we promise is delivered.
What you'll do:
- Build and manage a focused pipeline of multi-site contracts in education, healthcare and property management
- Open doors with senior decision-makers, tell the TCC story and design solutions that blend people, process and tech
- Lead the tender and pitch process end to end, from qualification and PQQs through to final presentation
- Work closely with operations to make sure what we sell is set up to be delivered brilliantly from day one
- Feed market insight back into the team so we keep evolving our offer from AI tools and data to robots and IoT on site
You’ll be part of a tight-knit commercial team and work directly with founders. You might be a fit if you:
- Have a proven track record of selling contracted services into estates / facilities (cleaning or soft FM is ideal) and understand tenders, TUPE and FM procurement cycles
- Are comfortable owning a six- and seven-figure pipeline and can talk margin, labour models and pricing with a CFO or FD
- Like being out in the real world - schools, hospitals, corporate offices - not just behind a laptop
- Are curious about tech, AI and automation and want to be the one explaining that story to the market
- Are high-energy, organised and resilient, and like the idea of building on something with momentum, not just plugging into a massive machine
What's on offer:
- Competitive base salary, car allowance, uncapped commission, company pension
- Clear progression as we grow - we want this person to be part of the long-term leadership of the commercial team
- A chance to do something different in an industry that's ready for change, and to point to buildings, teams and clients where you made that happen
If this sounds like you and you want to help bring tech into a very traditional industry, submit your CV with a short note. We're much more interested in what you've built and sold than in a perfect fit.
