Join Recordsure as a Project Coordinator and help deliver impactful client work at the intersection of AI, data and software. You’ll support requirements capture and documentation (notes, user stories, acceptance criteria), keep client and product documentation clear and current, and coordinate day-to-day communication across clients and internal teams (AI Training, Data Science and Software Development).

Duties and responsibilities- Support the capture and documentation of client requirements (e.g., notes, user stories, acceptance criteria) under direction from the Programme Manager for agreed deliveries.
- Assist with process analysis and maintain client and product documentation so teams have a consistent understanding of what is needed.
- Coordinate with delivery, sales, product and development colleagues as required, escalating risks or unclear requirements to the Programme Manager.
- Support programme and project managers to ensure client communications on delivery timelines and estimates are aligned.
- Attend client workshops (including occasional UK travel) to support information gathering, actions and follow-ups.
- Relevant qualification or training (e.g., Agile fundamentals) is beneficial.
- PRINCE2 Foundation desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down client requirements and help translate them into user stories.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail across documentation and requirements.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, able to work with different stakeholders and summarise information in a structured way.
- Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to track actions and follow-ups across multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in changing environments and asking questions to reduce ambiguity during discovery phases.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with MS Project or similar tools is helpful.
- Some experience supporting client delivery, account support, business analysis or project coordination.
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team and helping keep requirements, actions and documentation aligned.
- Exposure to SaaS products, configuration-led implementations or data-driven environments is beneficial, but not essential.
- Interest in financial services and an understanding of professional client expectations; prior sector experience is helpful but not required.
- Awareness of AI and machine learning concepts and their application in business contexts (training can be provided).
- Understanding of Agile ways of working (e.g., sprints, backlog, stand-ups) and cross-functional collaboration.
