As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for liaising directly with brands to drive sourcing strategies, enhance supplier relationships, and ensure the timely delivery of product ranges to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and introduce new products and sourcing options to expand our offerings.
- Strengthen competitiveness with existing suppliers through negotiations and performance reviews.
- Manage supplier relationships, including regular communication, performance appraisals, and rationalization of the supply base.
- Oversee the new product introduction process, ensuring all critical steps—data management, timelines, and approvals—are met efficiently.
- Identify new sourcing opportunities, negotiate contracts, and secure favourable terms for new launches, programs, and catalogues.
- Support major programs by providing excellent client service, ensuring flexible capacity, and managing quality expectations in collaboration with local offices and the supply chain team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience directly liaising with brands.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the gravitas to articulate strategic vision and influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Experience with managing European factories or brands.
- Previous experience with kitchen and homeware products is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement.
- Proven ability to negotiate, build supplier relationships, and manage end-to-end procurement processes.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
