As a (Senior) Rewards Designer within the Entertainment division, you'll lead the concepting and development of innovative reward solutions that drive shopper engagement and deliver measurable value for retailers. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong design background and a deep understanding of the loyalty landscape. Someone who can translate consumer insights and brand objectives into compelling, commercially viable reward concepts.
You'll collaborate closely with cross‐functional teams to shape the future of loyalty campaigns, blending creativity with market intelligence to design rewards that resonate with diverse audiences across global markets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the concepting and design of reward solutions for loyalty campaigns, from ideation to execution.
- Develop product concepts, packaging, and visual assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign strategy.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Licensing, Category Management, Designers and Sales Teams to ensure creative excellence and commercial relevance.
- Translate strategic briefs and consumer insights into innovative reward ideas that support client KPIs and shopper engagement.
- Present concepts and design rationale to internal stakeholders and clients with clarity and confidence.
- Stay informed on loyalty trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform design decisions.
- Support licensor pitches and manage creative elements throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Contribute to storytelling and campaign narratives that elevate both licensed IPs and original concepts.
- Maintain high standards of creativity, quality, and consistency across all deliverables.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative, high‐performing creative culture.
- Concept Development: Strong ability to ideate and visualize reward solutions that align with shopper motivations and brand goals.
- Creative Software: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge), Figma, Canva.
- Microsoft Tools: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams – for presentations, collaboration, and documentation.
- Packaging & Product Design: Experience designing physical rewards, collectibles, and licensed merchandise.
- AI Design Tools: Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Studio, Midjourney – for rapid prototyping and ideation.
- UX/UI & Web Design: Understanding of digital touchpoints and omni‐channel campaign integration.
- Proven experience working in the loyalty industry, with a strong grasp of shopper behaviour, campaign mechanics, and retail dynamics.
- Ability to design rewards that drive frequency, spend, and emotional connection.
- Familiarity with licensor/licensee environments and brand compliance processes.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance creativity and commercial objectives.
- Strong communicator, able to present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.
- Collaborative and proactive, with experience working across departments and mentoring peers.
- Curious and adaptable, always seeking new ways to innovate and improve.
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a design role, with at least 3 years in the loyalty sector.
- Experience developing rewards for licensed brands or original IPs.
- Portfolio showcasing concept development, product design, and campaign work.
