TCC Global is seeking a senior People & Culture Lead on a maternity cover contract for six months, based in Hayes & Harlington with hybrid working (3 days in the office).

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will act as HRBP for the UK and North America, provide strategic advice to the Global Solutions Pillar, and balance delivery with people priorities across geographies.
