The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB) is seeking a Part-time Service Technician II to respond to service requests, prepare apartments, and maintain the property with a focus on safety and customer service.
You will diagnose repairs across appliances, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC, assist with REAC/HQS inspections, and support the Maintenance Supervisor in guiding junior staff. This role requires reliable weekend/on-call availability.
