TC Young are looking to strengthen their Property team with the appointment of a Paralegal, to be based in our Edinburgh office.
This role is full-time and would suit an individual looking to progress their career in a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
The successful individual will enjoy an interesting mix of work, dealing with a variety of a variety of conveyancing and leasing transactions.
We are seeking an individual who enjoys a varied workload and client contact, and who thrives on being part of busy team.

Key responsibilities… Managing own workload to meet client deadlines Dealing promptly with client instructions Managing property and leasing transactions.
Liaising with our Estate Agent and dealing with ESPC matters.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other third parties.
Pro-actively attending to file management Providing support to other members of the Property team What we are looking for ….
A registered paralegal, preferably with 1-year relevant experience.
Experience in a similar role is preferred, dealing with purchase and sale transactions, title queries (in both sasine and Land Registers), notices of potential liability.
