We are a growing, ambitious accountancy practice seeking to appoint a Corporate Finance Senior Manager to lead and develop our corporate finance offering. This is a high-impact role in a lean business, working directly with the partners to:
- Build a scalable corporate finance function
- Deliver high-quality advisory work across the full deal lifecycle
- Drive fee growth and originate new opportunities
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Execution & Technical Delivery: Lead and manage corporate finance engagements across:
- Business disposals (trade sales, exit planning)
- Acquisitions and buy-side advisory
- Management buyouts (MBOs) and Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs)
- Financial due diligence (vendor and buy-side)
- Business valuations and strategic option reviews
- Debt and equity fundraising
- Work Will Typically Involve:
- Financial modelling and valuation analysis
- Preparation of Information Memoranda and reports
- Managing data rooms and due diligence processes
- Liaising with clients, banks, lawyers, and other stakeholders
- Identifying key risks, value drivers, and deal adjustments
- Client Management:
- Act as day-to-day lead adviser on transactions
- Build strong relationships with owner-managed businesses
- Translate technical analysis into clear commercial advice
- Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables
- Business Development & Growth:
- Drive origination of new corporate finance work from:
