Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience + attractive performance related bonus

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with flexible, hybrid working

Holiday: 26 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays)

We’re looking for an ambitious individual to lead and grow our specialist Capital Allowances offering across the group, working as part of our Property Services team which is primarily based in our Northampton office, however the role could be based elsewhere in the UK. In this role, you’ll take the lead in developing and growing our Capital Allowances division, shaping a key service area and driving its continued success. This is a unique chance to make a real impact, with significant scope for leadership, innovation, and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on our Capital Allowances and Property Tax Reliefs service offering
  • Lead and manage Capital Allowances projects across a varied client portfolio
  • Provide technical expertise and strategic input to clients and internal teams
  • Identify opportunities to expand and enhance our service offering
  • Liaise with Tax colleagues to provide joined up service end to end
  • Support and mentor team members as the division grows

About You:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • MRICS or ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or working towards
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience within a practice or consultancy environment
  • Good technical knowledge and experience in capital allowances
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
  • Confident in leading client relationships and delivering high-quality advice
  • Ambitious and motivated to grow the service offering
