We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Manager to join our award‑winning service charge team in Milton Keynes.
Portfolio Management
- Build strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service through regular online and in‑person engagement
- Identify growth opportunities within existing clients to expand the portfolio and support wider business development
- Own portfolio performance, including billing targets, recoveries, debt management and forecasting
Team Development & Leadership
- Coach and develop Senior and Executive Accountants through on‑the‑job support
- Identify training needs and drive development plans, escalating where required
- Build your personal brand to promote the team, with an active LinkedIn presence and content creation
- Champion continuous improvement, driving efficiency and service enhancements across the team
- Support adoption and development of our bespoke software ForSite across teams and clients
- Stay up to date with sector developments and share knowledge across the team
About You
- AAT qualified/part qualified ACCA/ACA or QBE
- Strong accounting background with experience reviewing work
- Practice experience desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident working independently and collaboratively
- Highly organised with a methodical approach to workload management
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Service charge accounting knowledge (desirable)
- Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and develop
