We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to provide effective administrative support to our team. This is a great opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Managing emails, calls and correspondence
- Answering the phone
- Greeting clients
- Updating Fibre CRM and workflows
- Preparing documents, reports and presentations
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
About You
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Teams
- Fibre CRM and CCH experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Reliable, adaptable and professional in approach
- Personable, punctual with attention to detail
